Why not make cupcakes, use food coloring to make them different colors, and then decorate them with Easter-themed chocolate?
rice crispie cakes or use shredded wheat so the look like nests, put some chocolate eggs on top
Get some chocolate bunnies or eggs. I'd recommend getting the mini ones so it is not so expensive. Or you could get plastic easter eggs and fill them with a few little candies so the kids will have a surprise when they open it.

it is all fun recipes that end up ADORABLE!!!
just buy some cupcake batter and frosting, make cupcakes BUT have it so that the kids can frost their own cupcakes so that it's fun for them.(and have sprinkles out)
