What are some good and simple recipes incorporating beer? ?
I know a couple of good recipes:
One time I boiled italian sausage in 1 can of beer and 1 cup of water with onions! Yummy!
Also, bake chicken with a can of beer, rosemary, celery and onions.
Beer for fry.
flour 2 cups
1 cup beer
1 egg
salt pepper
in a bowl put flour, egg, salt pepper and the beer. Beat until like a paste(almost like pancake mix).
Deep any veggie that you like and fry them gold brown.
They will be very tasty!!!
Beer bread, super easy 2 cups self rising flour, 1 beer, 1 cup sugar. Mix into a dough and bake in a greased bread pan at 400 for 15 min. Then bake for ten more minutes with tin foil over the top so it doesn't burn
Boil some hot dogs in it...they get really big... ';LUMS'; was an old restaurant known for doing this
