Any good recipes for leftover pork loin?

Put leftover pork loin into a slow cooker %26amp; add your favorite bar-b-que sauce. Let it cook until the meat shreds easily %26amp; has absorbed the flavor of the sauce. Serve on a fresh bun with your favorite cole slaw!Any good recipes for leftover pork loin?
You can do sandwiches or stir fry. Or reheat it and put it on masheds and cover with gravy. Or my favorite is to cut it up and put it in a fettucini alfredo. Mmmm.Any good recipes for leftover pork loin?

Hi,

If it's nice and tender you can ';pull'; it apart and simmer in your favorite bbq sauce and serve on buns or garlic bread.

Also, shred it, add an egg and some sauteed onion, dredge in bread crumbs and shallow fry.

enjoy!
