I am in the same boat, except I'm also allergic to milk. I just use rice flour or quinoa flour or any other kind of flour instead of wheat/oat/barley flour and you can use rice milk for milk. So, you can use any recipe, just replace things with ingridients you can eat without hurting or dieing.Does anybody have or know where to find gluten-free, soy-free dessert recipes?
