Anybody have any good pork chop recipes or give me some different ideas how to prepare and cook them?

I like to fry them in olive oil, using bread crumbs as the breading. You put all the seasonings you care to use in the bread crumb mix. It's good and alot healthier than frying with vegetable oil.Anybody have any good pork chop recipes or give me some different ideas how to prepare and cook them?
Glazed Pork Chops and Apple Bake - yummy!Anybody have any good pork chop recipes or give me some different ideas how to prepare and cook them?
preheat the oven to 375. season dry(no water) pork chops, with all your favorite seasonings. I personally use adobo, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder( keep in mind not to add to much). then press the seasoning into the chop (add seasonings to both sides). Add either olive oil or a little bit of butter on each chop. start checking it after 20 mins( it all depends on the thickness of the chop). I love it and it's so easy and delicious. Hope this helps
have you tried shake n bake. There are alot of different kinds, it is super simple to make, and it tastes really good.
easy put the pork chops in a slow cooker and cover them in coke. adds great flavor. then let them cook on low for about 5-6 hours i think they taste great my mom taught me that and i mad it for a huge party and everyone loved it.
Put honey and mustard on them and then grill them.

Cover them in Rock Salt, or sea salt if you've got it, and bake at 350 for about an hour till dried. They taste like baccon!
marinate them in a vinegarette dressing (italin or just oil and vinegar w/ a little honey). then, grill 'em, broil 'em, bake 'em. or you could make some fried pork chops w/ an egg wash and seasoned flour. that's good stuff too.
Hi WayneHolli,

This is the way I do pork chops....first, brown both sides of the chops in a frying pan(med.heat), add enough water to the pan to come halfway up the sides of the chops....then cover each chop with brown sugar....keeping the heat on medium, turn the chops and do the same to the other side....do this twice for each chop....by this time, the water/brown sugar mix will come to a thickened sauce....serve with green beans and new potatoes or veggies of your choice....ENJOY!!

Angie
marinate in carribean jerk (from the grocery store) for a couple of hours %26amp; make cabobs w/ pinnaple, potatoes, carrots, and whatever else you like
SMOTHERED PORK CHOPS

Season pork chops with lawrys seasoning salt, onion powder, black pepper, garlic powder. Coat with flour and fry on both sides for a minute on high heat. Place in a baking dish and set aside. Reserve about 3 tablespoons of drippings. Add flour and toss until browned. Add water to make gravy. To the gravy add chopped onions, bell pepper, season to taste. Pour gravy over pork chops and bake at 350 covered for about an hour. MMMmmmmm good. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
Why not eat veggies instead.
Peel and slice enough potatoes to half fill a crock pot. Place pork chops on top of potatoes and season with Onion soup mix. Pour over a can of chicken broth. Turn on low and cook for 6-8 hours or until chops are very tender and potatoes are done,
Try refrigerator door sauce....It contains soy sauce, grape jelly, hot sauce, and mustard. Just mix it all together and marinade for about an hour then grill it. There are no measurements just pour, mix, and marinade. You can also search allrecipes.com for more recipes!

place in a skillet that has been coated with veggie oil or olive oil. fry on both sides until golden and white on the inside.
i put adobo from Goya on them (you can use salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder) then just roll in italian style bread crumbs (i don't use egg - the crumbs go on too heavy), place in a 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes, then top with grated mozzarella cheese until it melts (about another 5 minutes) - done.
Pork Chopz %26amp; Apple Sauze!
Real simple bachelor recipe. I first sear the chops in a pan with butter or margarine. Just enough to give the meat some nice brown color.

Pull the chops out of the pan and add a teeny bit of more butter.

Open a can of cream of mushroom soup. Glop a spoonful into the pan and spread it around a bit. Put the chops back into the pan. Slop the rest of the can of soup on top of the chops.

I like to add some water to the pan, it makes a little more juice for gravy, later. My wife says no.

Any way, turn down the heat to simmer. Cover the pan and let it cook for about 40 minutes. While this is going on, I like to put on a pot of rice. (my wife prefers potatoes.)

When the chops are done, I like to stack a couple on top of a bed of rice (or spuds). A waterfall of gravy over everything and, my oh my!

Yeah, if you insist, a green veggie on the side makes it a tad healthier.
marinade, then bake them.....when they're almost done turn the broiler on but watch them so they'll be crisp but not burnt
shake and bake is the best, and its quick, and easy.
