Scrambles! put bread in toaster, toss 2 eggs into bowl, 1 tablespoon half n half, dash salt and pepper, small handful of onion and/or other veggie, one of cheese, and one of bacon or sausage. Bacon and sausage pre cooked!!

1 tablespoon butter in saute pan, stir up your scramble and pour it on the hot melted butter, cooking at medium temperature stirring til it is half done, then flip it over.

5 minutes tops for cooking this!

If you will spend about an hour on saturday or sunday, you can slice and dice any number of good veggies: onions, celery, carrots, peppers, and put them in zip lock baggies in the veggie drawer. also brown your sausage, crisp cook and crumble your bacon and put them in zip lock baggies. Saves an enormous amount of time getting ready and fed.

Low carb, will hold you til lunch, excellent brain food.
You don't have to have something cooked. Those nutragrain bars or instant breakfast you stir in milk, like a shake or toast and jelly. Just something to start the day with.. So you wont be starving and can concentrate better.....A bowl of cereal would be great, get someting you like there are thousands of flavors. Instant flavored oatmeal(microwave). Walmart has in the frozen sectin a cheap variety of microwavor quick toaster breakfasts, with pancakes, waffles, eggs w/meat, toaster scrambles with eggs n meat, just drop them in the toaster. Toaster strudel with strawberry/cherry,blueberry etc.
For sandwiches, you can boil the eggs first, then do the rest in the morning. Or you can also do all over night and keep in the refrigerator with cover.

If I don't have alot of time in the morning. I typically make myself a peanut butter %26amp; jelly sandwich. There is always bread in the house. Why not. It fills the stomach up with milk, coffee or juice.
on the weekend you could make a quiche, and then just heat up a slice every morning for the week with a glass or milk/soymilk, juice, or tea on the side.
