A favorite one pot recipe is corned beef and cabbage. You cook a corned beef until about two thirds done then add in a green cabbage that has been cut into quarters, carrots, whole small onions, celery, and finish cooking untile the veggies are tender. If you do this in a pressure cooker you can have the entire dinner done in less than an hour.Does anyone have any easy %26amp; quick one-pot recipes?
